With each new client, I begin my work in a simple manner. I start by listening to the client and I ask many questions to better understand their needs and goals. I endeavor to gain the client’s perspective and work towards a solution and a plan that meets their goals. Unlike some of my peers who simply seek a quick transaction and the resulting remuneration as the prize, I view the process of buying or selling as my professional responsibility. My end results are measured solely by the satisfaction of the client.    

If you are looking for tangible credentials, I can add that I have an honours B.A. in Economics and obtained a M.B.A from the Richard Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario. The skills I learned at business school are utilized in my research, analysis, communication, marketing and negotiations. Whether I am involved in a residential or commercial transaction, I bring a toolbox full of education and experience to the transaction.

I have completed transactions ranging from $40,000 to $10.5 million. In every case, I provided all of these clients with the same level of dedication and professionalism. Given that real estate is such a large component of most people’s net worth, I think it makes sense to hire a sales representative that offers a resume full of qualification and two decades of experience with proven results.

I often liken the buying process to a funnel. We must start with a wider selection and through the showings process; we will narrow our search to a more specific set of criteria. As you gain knowledge and confidence the last step is easy. Eventually, you will find a property that you love and you will turn to me and say “I want to buy this”
